Aluminum Sign Standoff Screw

A standoff system is designed to mount a variety of materials, such as sign panels, glass, artwork, and other types of media, at a predetermined distance from a wall or other mounting surface.

Our Inexpensive Aluminum Standoffs are carefully engineered from solid, aircraft-grade aluminum and are available in several lengths and diameters to accommodate a client's design needs. The production method ensures a quality product focused on safety, but with a keen eye on design and appeal. They can be used either Indoors or Outdoors and have a slightly rounded cap.

Standoffs essentially consist of two fundamental components: The barrel and the head cap. The barrel, which is available in several lengths, determines the overall distance between the panel being mounted and the wall, or other applicable surface. Once the panel is in place, a cap is threaded onto the barrel in order to secure it in place.

The Inexpensive Aluminum Standoffs system will make allowances for panels ranging from paper-thin to 1/2" in thickness. The standoff components are precision machined from quality, solid aluminum and finished with one of several options: clear anodized, black anodized, or gold anodized. Barrels are produced in incremental diameters ranging from 1/2" up to 1 1/4", and are offered in various lengths to suit the client's needs.

Aluminum Standoffs provide years of reliable service when hanging sign panels, and other decorative media. Installation is extremely easy - Barrels are easily mounted to to the receiving wall using screws or speed anchors depending on the application.
